SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Casamorris shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but Casamorris cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and Casamorris shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Casamorris.
  2. Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. For order placed before 12 noon, please allow 14 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 21 working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for processing from date of Casamorris confirmation of acceptance of an Order within the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by Casamorris.
  3. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
  4. Delivery Charges will be calculated in our website as you check out, based on the weight of the Order received.
  5. No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.
  6. The Customer is to notify Casamorris immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
  7. Where Customer is not available to receive the delivery, a notification card will be left at the delivery address. An attempt will be made to contact the Customer for a second delivery.
  8. If delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if the Customer fails or refuses to collect the Products within seven (7) days from the date of second notification, the Order will be deemed void and has no further effect but the Customer shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by Casamorris (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges).

  • Delivery by truck is available for delivery on Monday-Saturday excluding public holiday.
  • Delivery on Sunday and public holidays can be arranged by emailing us at sales@casamorris.com.my after completing your online transaction. There will be a surcharge for delivery on Sunday and public holiday.
  • Our delivery will normally take around 10-14 working days depends on stock availability.
  • Our delivery team will contact you 1-3 working days prior to actual delivery date to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • On-site assembly of items delivered by trucks within Klang Valley is available and subject to surcharge on case- to-case basis.
  • Please note that, at present, our team is unable to undertake installation works that require permanent fixing on your home’s physical structure such as wall drilling and installation of pendant lighting.

 

OUTSTATION DELIVERY
Minimum purchase amount is required to proceed with the order for outstation delivery.

  • The outstation promotional delivery fee is fixed at the above rate for a single delivery.
  • Outstation promotional delivery rate above is NOT applicable to islands without linked bridge. It will be quoted on case-to-case basis.
  • For the promotional delivery rate above, delivery date is subjected to Casamorris truck’s schedule. We will deliver within the stated time frame above. The delivery date will be determined by Casamorris delivery team and we will inform customer at least 2-5 working days prior to actual delivery date.
  • Delivery time frame may extend if customer does not accept the first delivery truck schedule. Customer shall wait for the next truck schedule which may exceed the time frame provided above.
  • For customer who would like to pick a special delivery date or with special requests, the delivery fee will be charged with a different rate on case-to-case basis. Below rates are for single trip only, additional charges apply for additional trips. Kindly email to sales@casamorris.com.my for the special delivery request.

  • Delivery charges by courier services will be calculated based on total weight.

Staircase charge:

  • If our delivery team is unable to proceed with the delivery via elevators (e.g. furniture is unable to fit into the elevator or a working elevator is unavailable), additional charges per item will be applicable as follows:
  • RM30 per item per non lift-accessible storey.
  • To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement.
  • Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties.


What Are Custom-made Items?

At Casamorris, we aim to offer a wider range of furnishing styles and designs for you. To achieve this, certain items may only be produced specially according to order. Such items under the pre-order programme may be customised to your preference.


Fee on Last Minute Change of Delivery Time / Delivery Address

  • Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
  • You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.
  • Any last minute delivery date/address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee. The fee will be charged for rebooking the transporter fee of RM250 regardless of the order purchase amount.

 

Self-Collection Information
Self-Collection At Warehouse

  • Once we receive your order, our warehouse delivery team will contact customers via call/WhatsApp within 3 working days to make an appointment for your self-collection date.
    At least 2 working days prior to the self-collection date needed for our warehouse to prepare and ready your ordered item(s).
    Made to order item(s) and pre-order item(s) will have a longer self-collection period.

1. I’m interested in your home makeover, tell me how to get started?

Click “Quick Cost Estimation” and fill in the questions listed there. AfterSubmission, we will contact you within 2 working days.

2. What is the process of makeover for rental investment?

It takes 5 simple steps:

Step 1 : Our Design Consultants will discuss with you to understand the market rental rate of your property, your preferred design theme and budget.

Step 2 : We will then propose some design concepts and guide you to select the design based on the targeted tenant. 

Step 3 : A commitment fee of RM1,000 will be collected from you so that we can start designing and showing you 3D design concepts of your house.

Step 4 : Then we will propose the key furniture (e.g. TV cabinets, dining sets, sofas, bedding, lighting …) and soft furnishings (curtains, rugs…etc) according to your budget.

Step 5 : Once you’re happy with the makeover proposal, we will collect 50% down payment and start the makeover works immediately after getting the items from you i.e. the keys to your property, the renovation permit from your property's management

3. What is the process of makeover for own stay?

Step 2 : We will then propose some design concepts and guide you to select the design style you like. We will also discuss your storage needs such as build-in cabinets/ wardrobes.

Step 3 : A commitment fee of RM1,000 will be collected from you so that we can start designing and showing you 3D design concepts of your house.

4. How long it takes for a makeover?

- Condo: 30-4 working days

- Linked House: 40-60 working days.

5. What does a makeover consist of?

Generally, the makeover consists of basic furniture pieces such as sofa, coffee table, dining set, queen size bed, lightings and soft furnishings such as curtains, cushions, rug and decorative accessories. Wall treatments and laminated floorings may be included if needed. A list of items will be provided along with the cost estimation.

6. What does a makeover not consist of?

Our makeover plan is based on the interiors of the existing house layout. We do not undertake renovation, plaster ceiling, M&E, repair or wet works such as retiling, demolition of walls, partitions and extension works.

If you engage our services, all necessary wet works/repair works must be done on your own before we can proceed.

We can help to recommend contractors for the renovation, plaster ceiling, wet works and built-in cabinets if needed.

7. How do I get a quotation for the makeover?

Firstly, you can get a rough quotation by clicking " Quick Cost Estimation " and fill up the details as required.

The cost estimation is based on your property size and conditions. We will then a arrange a meeting to further discuss your needs and other items that can be added or removed such as those already provided by the developer (kitchen cabinets, electrical appliances…etc.)

8. What locations do your service cover?

Our makeover services currently cover Klang Valley and most areas within Selangor. Other areas in other states of Peninsular Malaysia may also be served on case-to-case basis depending on the contents of the projects.

9. Do you charge for a quotation and site visit?

All our cost estimates, site visits, and consultations are free of charge. However, right now our service mainly covers the Klang Valley areas. For other states, we will discuss the home makeover project via Zoom meeting and arrange site visit only when it is necessary.

10. Will you help me to find a tenant after the makeover?

Sure! After the makeover, we can connect you to a few area specialist agents to help find a suitable tenant. This service is FOC. This is up to you to close a deal with them and finalize the commission rate. We also take professional photographs of your finished unit for free. The photos can be used to showcase and advertise your house for rental purposes.
