SXEP is a credit card instalment plan designed to help new homeowners to renovate or makeover their home in a more affordable and flexible way.

It allows the homeowners to renovate their home with zero down payment, up to 36 monthly instalments.

• RM20,000 for 1–2 Room Condo Unit

• RM30,000 for 3–5 Room Condo Unit

There are two options:

1. 24 Months: Total 10.5% Processing Fee (via AMBANK, PUBLIC, AFFIN, RHB, ALLIANCE, OCBC, HSBC, Standard Chartered, UOB)

2. 36 Months: Total 13.5% Processing Fee (via RHB, ALLIANCE, OCBC, HSBC, Standard Chartered, UOB)

Currently Casamorris provides 24 and 36-month tenures for the SXEP. You may apply for a 12-month tenure.

• RM1,000 for all types of condo Unit

Note: The Booking Fee will be payable directly to Casamorris (Casamorry Home Décor S/B, Maybank A/C:512389803031). The remaining balance will be paid in full through the SofaX credit card terminal.

Yes. You must have enough credit limit to cover the full package amount + processing fee.

Example: RM30,000 + RM4,050(36 months 13.5%) = RM34,050 credit limit needed.

There are 2 ways you can do:

1. You may use another credit card

2. You may pay the shortfall amount by cash.

Once your credit card is swiped and the form is completed, approval is usually instant. SofaX will guide you through the steps.

However, you should check the credit limit of your credit card and ensure you have sufficient funds before the application.

Once the application is processed and approved, and your bank has converted it into instalments, cancellation is not allowed. The monthly instalment must continue as scheduled.

No, once the processing fee (10.5% for 24 months or 13.5% for 36 months) is charged by your bank and converted into instalments. It is non-refundable.

Yes, you can add more items at any time before or after the project is handover. The additional items will be considered as a new order.

You may either pay for the new order by cash or apply for the SXEP (it is subject to the terms and conditions of SXEP).

No, you can’t change the items of the renovation after the project is started unless otherwise agreed by Casamorris. In such cases, the final value should not be less than the initial order value.

Once the order is confirmed, a full payment (full order value + processing fee) will be paid in advance via SofaX terminal. No progressive or partial payments are allowed.
