How The CasaMorris Home Makeover Works?
It takes 5 simple steps:
STEP 1
Our Design Consultant will discuss with you to understand your preferred design style and estimated budget.
STEP 2
We will then propose some design concepts and guide you to select the design style you like. We will also discuss your storage needs such as built-in cabinets/ wardrobes.
STEP 3
A Booking Fee of RM1,000 (condo) will be collected from you so that we can start designing and showing you 3D design concepts of your house within 10-14 days.
STEP 4
Then we will propose the key furniture (e.g. TV cabinets, dining sets, sofas, bedding, lighting …) and soft furnishings (curtains, rugs…etc) according to the design style your budget.
STEP 5
Once you’re happy with the makeover proposal, we will issue Order Confirmation and collect 50% down payment and start the makeover work immediately. Balance 50% will be upon delivery of cabinets or on progressive claims.
