The Casamorris Makeover Package Offer & SofaX EasyPay Plan (SXEP) is applicable for residential projects located within Klang Valley only. This scheme is not applicable for residential projects outside the Klang Valley region.

SXEP is a flexible payment option via credit card instalment. The total payment includes a one-time ‘Processing Fee’ based on tenure. SXEP is not a loan and the processing fee is not an interest charge. The processing fee will be charged upfront and is non-refundable, even in the event of a return or cancellation of order.

There are two Casamorris Makeover Packages under the SXEP:

• RM20,000 for 1–2 Room Condo Unit

• RM30,000 for 3–5 Room Condo Unit

The Booking Fee for the Casamorris Makeover Package Offer:

• RM1,000 for All Condo Types

Payment: The Booking Fee is payable directly to Casamorris (Casamorry Home Décor S/B, Maybank A/C:512389803031) upon booking. The remaining balance payment will be charged in full through the SofaX credit card terminal.

The applicants of SXEP must ensure their credit card has sufficient available credit limit to cover the full order value + processing fee.

The approval is subject to the applicant’s available credit card limit.

The application is subject to the standard Terms & Conditions of SofaX EasyPay Plan (refer to SXEP Application Form)

The Bonus Gifts of the Makeover Package is only applicable when the order is confirmed, and full payment of the order is received.

Price of products may subject to changes from time to time and the actual location of the client’s property.

The Booking Fee is not refundable after fourteen (14) days from the date of booking unless otherwise specified by Casamorry Home Décor S/B in writing.

The goods supplied shall remain as our company's property and we reserve the right to remove, dismantle and repossess them unless payments are fully settled.

The 3D Design Previews are solely for demonstration/ illustration purpose only, they do not represent actual products and results. Allow some variations of design and colour of furniture and furnishings.

The actual items and their value will be according to the Order Confirmation and other subsequent variations of order.

Products supplied may vary slightly from images due to natural materials (e.g. wood, marble and leather grains), photography and computer screen variations.
